Public Procurement Office

Public Procurement Office (PPO) - implements and supervises public procurement policy, implementation of the Law on Public Procurement and related legislation, state budgetary institution. 

The Public Procurement Office was established in 1996 December 19 by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, implementing the 1996 August 13 provision adopted by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania regarding the entry into force of the Law on Public Procurement.
