Laws and regulations

The procurement procedures and award of concessions are governed by four main laws:

1. Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Public procurement (classical sector)

Low-value procurements are subject to the rules set out in the Rules approved by the Director of the Public Procurement Office (automatic translation).

2. Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Procurement by the entities, operating in the Field of Procurement, Waste Water Management, Energy, Transport or Postal Services.
